London Luton Airport - Meet the Buyer back by popular demand!

Following the success of last years event, London Luton Airport is holding it’s second Meet the Buyer event on 24th and 25th September 2009.

The ‘Meet the Buyer' event, hosted in conjunction with Luton Borough Council, The Bedfordshire and Luton Chamber of Commerce, Central Bedfordshire Council, Business Link, Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce, University of Bedfordshire and the Federation of Small Business aims to give local suppliers the opportunity to showcase their services to Airport companies.

The ‘Meet the Buyer’ event encapsulates London Luton Airport’s commitment to work closely with local business networks, the local authorities and sub-regional partners to enhance the profile of local suppliers. 
 
London Luton Airport is working with its business partners across the airport site to understand their business needs, including current barriers to buying local.  The ‘Meet the Buyer’ event provides an opportunity to build relationships and network, benefiting suppliers and buyers alike.

Building on last years success and with the valued feedback from suppliers and buyers, the event whilst keeping the ‘speed-dating’ focus between buyers and suppliers, will also feature more opportunities for supplier to supplier networking and business focused seminars.
