London Luton Airport Operations Ltd (LLAOL) is responsible for the operation of London Luton Airport and provides facilities for airlines and passengers. Over 8,500 people currently work at London Luton Airport with 550 directly employed by LLAOL.  The Airport is now one of the major economic drivers of the regional economy and supports the following scheduled airlines - easyJet, Ryanair, Wizz Air, Monarch Scheduled, Aer Arann and SkyEurope whilst Thomsonfly, First Choice, Thomas Cook and Monarch account for the remaining 8% charter traffic.  The Airport now offers passengers an extensive choice of both scheduled and charter services including frequent departures to over 95 destinations, including services to Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
